Cato Ira Meridian Victory Ambulance Corps also known as CIMVAC is a volunteer based ambulance service that provides Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advance Life Support (ALS) care. 

CIMVAC was originally known as Cato Rescue Unit. In 2004, CIMVAC moved out of the Cato Fire Department and built their current facility which is located at 2496 W. Main Street, Cato, NY 13033

We currently have 3 paid ALS staff members and 17 volunteers. 

We average 450-500 calls per year.
